Town & Country began in 1995 as a rental management company, created to put our extensive experience in the Cape Fear area to work for property owners. Over the years our real estate firm continued to grow and prosper — at one point with more than 40 agents and multiple office locations! Today, we’ve concentrated our focus in the areas of residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management.
Our boutique approach puts customer service first — with 8 dedicated agents and staff members who are always available to assist buyers, sellers, and landlords. Our central office is located at the corner of 4th & Chestnut St in Downtown Wilmington.
